Abstract/Summary:
With the development of China’s economy,vehicles are becoming increasingly indispensable in people’s current lives.China’s automobile industry started late,but it has been in a period of rapid growth for nearly two decades,and the number of vehicles is increasing.Therefore,it will soon face the problem of large-scale disassembly of End-of-life Vehicle(ELV).At present most of the researches of ELV disassembly focus on disassembly equipment of single vehicle and disassembly technics of vehicle parts,while researches on vehicle disassembly are quite few.However,considering the large-scale ELV in the future,the disassembly line is regarded as one of the possible disassembly methods.Some enterprises have also done some work for the research and development of the vehicle disassembly line.Therefore,this paper takes the existing vehicle disassembly line as the research object to analyze the vehicle waiting problem caused by the different disassembly requirements in vehicle disassembly process,to eliminate time waste for sequence of vehicle disassembly by improving the genetic algorithm,and to build a workshop management system by taking the data management requirements in the vehicle disassembly process into full consideration.At the meantime,it wants to digitally improves the control system of the disassembly line to make it possible to interface with the operation management.Firstly,the paper studies the scheduling problem of a single vehicle disassembly line to make its model be equivalent to the permutation flow scheduling model.Then,the paper proposed an improved genetic algorithm is for the scheduling of the vehicle disassembly line.The improved algorithm mainly optimized of local search.The FRB method based on path relinking is proposed to improve the algorithm.Through typical instances,the improved algorithm has been compared with other algorithms to confirm the efficiency of the algorithm.And testd by vehicle disassembly data,the effectiveness of algorithm’s application in the vehicle disassembly line scheduling was determined.Secondly,the paper studies the vehicle disassembly operation management system.Through the analysis of the requirements of the operation management system,a hybrid architecture system of C/S and B/S is proposed.Referring to the more mature MES management system and Kanban management system,the system function module with the core of scheduling management,Kanban management and parts storage management is constructed.At the C/S server,using the matlab and C#hybrid technology,RFID data transmission technology,etc.,the main function of the system is built on the database;on the B/S server,the dynamics of the electronic kanban are realized by using php,JavaScript,etc.Display function.At the C/S server and the B/S server,the construction of the vehicle disassembly line operation management system is completed jointly by establishing a contact through the database.Finally,in view of the problem that the existing control system can not meet the needs of the management system operation,the software and hardware of the disassembly line are designed and modified,and the kingview is used as the upper computer monitoring software to monitor the operation process of the disassembly line and establish connection between PLC,the kingview and database,which allows the operation management to accurately communicate commands to the various stations of the disassembly line,improve the data source of the operation management,and strengthen the overall management.
