Research On Investment And Financing Of Environmental Protection Industry In Beijing

With the rapid development of China’s economy and society,people’s living material conditions have been greatly improved.However,at the same time of economic development,China’s environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious,the ecological environment is facing a severe test,and the contradiction between economic development and environmental problems is becoming more and more prominent.Therefore,our country urgently needs to develop new economic growth mode and new economic growth point,and effectively solve the problem of environmental pollution.Under this background,the development of environmental protection industry in Beijing is becoming more and more important.It can effectively solve the contradiction between economy and environment,promote the coordinated development of economy and environment,and take a sustainable development path.Firstly,this paper defines the concept and definition of investment and financing of environmental protection industry.On the basis of public goods theory,externality theory,property rights theory and sustainable development theory,it deeply analyses the current situation of investment and financing of environmental protection industry in Beijing from the aspects of investment and financing level,investment and financing form,investment and financing structure,and then analyses the effect of investment and financing of environmental protection industry in Beijing,mainly including wastewater,waste gas and solid.Analysis of investment and financing effect of waste disposal and efficiency of investment and financing of environmental protection industry in Beijing.Finally,based on the previous analysis and the experience and Enlightenment of investment and financing of environmental protection industry in Japan and the United States,this paper puts forward relevant policy suggestions to promote investment and financing of environmental protection industry in Beijing from three aspects: broadening investment and financing channels of environmental protection industry,multi-level market operation and improving investment and financing policy system of environmental protection industry.
