Coiled tubing,also known as flexible tubing,serpentine tube or coil,is a winding on the reel,can be continuously into or out of a non-threaded connection of the long tubing.Coiled tubing applications from the initial washing operation to the current perforation,sub-acid pressure,logging wells,horizontal drilling horizontal wells,etc.,to promote the world's oil industry technology continues to improve the important technology.Over the past decade or so,continuous tubing production string technology in the country,especially in Sichuan and Chongqing region has been more and more widely used.This topic originates from the technical application of coiled tubing production string.According to various technical indicators and working environment,coiled tubing suspension is required to have long continuous working time,stable performance,reliable performance and high cost-effective ratio characteristics.Based on the structure of coiled tubing suspension abroad,this paper mainly studies the following aspects:(1)Study the structure and principle of coiled tubing hanger,determine the structural parameters of the supporting coiled tubing hanger according to the completion technology of coiled tubing production string,and establish a three-dimensional model.(2)Designing three-channel or two-channel domestic coiled tubing suspension structure,realizing the design of different channels according to technological requirements,and using analytical method to carry out basic theoretical calculation.(3)The structure of coiled tubing coiled tubing hanger body,slip,sealing assembly and slip anti-loosening device is designed.(4)Finite element analysis of coiled tubing suspension body and slip is carried out by means of computer simulation analysis.(5)Experiments on tension,pressure and gas seal of coiled tubing hanger.(6)Application and application effect of coiled tubing hanger in field wells.(7)According to the requirement of coiled tubing velocity string completion technology,the development direction of coiled tubing hanger design and processing in the future is put forward,and the use function of coiled tubing coiled tubing hanger is further improved,and the structure is optimized.(8)According to the use of coiled tubing suspender,the on-site construction procedure of coiled tubing velocity string is formed.The wellhead hanger is the key equipment for suspending the coiled tubing in the wellhead.Since the coiled tubing production technologyis still in the domestic stage,the demand for the wellhead hanger is mostly dependent on the import,which results in the high construction cost.Dispenser localization is imperative.In this paper,through the study of existing wellhead hanger at home and abroad,combined with the user to improve the proposed recommendations,in the existing wellhead hanger on the basis of local improvements.And the strength of the key components in the wellhead hanger was checked by analytical method.In order to reduce the test cost and shorten the development cycle,the wellhead hanger is analyzed by finite element method.Through the establishment of the finite element model of the wellhead hanger bearing,the static analysis of the key components of the wellhead hanger is carried out.The stress distribution law and the maximum stress value under the static load are analyzed to ensure the safe and reliable use.
