With the rapid development of society,people's living standards are increasing daily.The demand for oil is also growing.The exploitation of oil is now deep into the ground.If want to pump more than 3,000 meters or more,then must use a larger stroke of the pumping unit.Instead of the traditional structure,a new type of pumping unit-the vertical,planetary,gear-ring type,oil-pumping unit is proposed.This pumping oil machine is the planetary gears in the tooth ring inside circular motion to achieve the simple tooth ring switching mode,and tooth ring in guide the help of up and down reciprocating motion so as to achieve the oil pumping machine needs of stroke.The oil-pumping unit has the advantages of simple structure,stable structure,and stable performance.The most important structure is the reversing mechanism.In this paper,the design and research of the reversing mechanism of the planetary,gear-ring type,oil pumping machine is analyzed and studied.(1)The first part is the introduction to the working principle of the planetary,gear-ring type,pumping oil machine tooth ring reversing mechanism,and the reversing mechanism of the basic parameters,including tied,a planetary wheel,a gear ring.The stroke of the pumping unit is described by means of a further mechanism,and the advantage of the oil-pumping unit is demonstrated.(2)Design the pendulum rod support type and chain box wrapped in two ways through Creo,which is an important component of reversing mechanism modeling,in consideration of the needs of work.The advantages and disadvantages of two kinds of structures were observed and compared with the advantages and disadvantages of the two kinds of structures.(3)Make modal and static analysis by ANSYS Workbench for two structures.Through the first six order natural frequency and vibration mode,maximum stress concentration,the maximum deformation parameters,through compare the proposed two kinds of mechanism and determine the wrapped outside the chain box type support structure.And optimize the chain box critical dimensions through the optimization software.(4)Taking into account the lubrication and sealing of the chain-box structure,and analysis on chain box,the spiral-sealing structure is proposed,and model by establishing the mathematical model of the helical seal the key size.Optimize these important dimensions through the MATLAB software,select a group of some of the best parameter values on the modeling and built the model sealing mechanism successfully integrated into the box chain wraps the support structure of the reversing mechanism.Through a series of analysis and research in this paper,provide an important basis for the research of a vertical,planetary,gear-ring pumping unit.The development of this new type of pumping unit provides a lot of theoretical basis,which can shorten the development cycle and improve the reliability of the product.
