The sampling of chemical pollutants is an indispensable part in the field of chemical reconnaissance and detection.Under the specific circumstances such as field operations or chemical rescue,a modern acquisition instrument is needed to collect solid,liquid and gas polluted by toxic and harmful substances to do further analysis by applying professional chemical detection system or equipment.According to the special needs,this paper designs a portable automatic sampling system for chemical pollutants.This system realizes the function of automatic location,automatic storage and collection.In view of the development of automatic sampling box of portable chemical pollutants,this paper mainly designs and analyses from the following several aspects: firstly,according to needs and practicality,it makes comparison and chooses the STM32F103VET6 MCU produced by ST company as the main control chip,and proposes the overall structure of circuit controlling system;secondly,according to the power module,SD card,LCD touch panel,positioning system module and the overall system,it designs the hardware circuit;thirdly,the whole system applies C language and compiles the positioning system to receive and analyze procedures;the transplant of FATFS file system and the storage information programming of SD are conducted;finally,the programming of touch panel control program and the mode setting program of gas sampling system are also conducted,used C# language write the program of parameter modification;fourthly,in order to attain the flow stability of gas system,it proposes the regulator composed by air-capacitor and air-resistor.It gives a brief introduction of the software ANSYS and part of the algorithm of the CFD and uses Fluent to simulate the effect of the regulator and analyze of the simulation results.Finally,the effect of the regulator is verified by the experiment;fifthly,it introduces and completes the debugging work of the hardware and software in the whole system,achieving the desired results.According to the development requirements of the sample box,it completes the development of portable sample box.Based on STM32 MCU,the high performance and high stability of the sample box are guaranteed,and the utility and the modernization of the instrument are embodied.The collection and control of the whole box have been well presented.
