At present,the production management of coal preparation process in China's coal enterprises is highly dependent on manual experience.It is urgent to optimize coal preparation process and improve equipment automation.The role of the media addition system is to timely replenish the medium suspension after the loss of medium suspension in the process of dense medium coal preparation.The traditional operation of the adding medium suspension system requires the driver to judge according to his own work experience and manually open and close the valve.Humidity,light,other environmental factors will have some impact on the addition system.The phenomenon of inaccuracy and waste of medium resources is frequent.In this paper,the adding medium suspensionmodule of shanxi xiegou coal mine preparation plant is upgraded,and the automatic introduction mode is designed.The upper computer can display the real-time operation status of the module,and has the function of fault alarm,so as to realize the automatic operation of the introduction system.The main research contents of this paper are:1.By referring to the original operation steps of the adding module of the inclined xiegou coal preparation plant,the automatic control step design under the adding mode is carried out.2.Replace the manual valve that cannot be connected to the centralized control system with electrically controlled and pneumatic valve,analyze the sensor principle used in the added system and install it reasonably.3.Rockwell ControlLogixl756 series is used in PLC controller,count the number of I/O points needed after PLC selection,after the number of I/O points is counted,PLC modules are selected,and module installation and logic programming are completed.4.Complete the software configuration of the communication system on the field bus communication mode based on rockwell NetLinx architecture.In the upper computer,the manual automatic mode switching,real-time monitoring of equipment status and fault alarm functions are realized.Complete the automatic transformation of the adding system of the coal preparation plant in xiegou coal mine.After the transformation of the automatic addition module to the media after the loss of automatic supplement,and through the upper computer to achieve the addition of visualization,has played a role in reducing the effect of efficiency,improve the level of automation of coal preparation plant.
