Also,the slime water treatment is the most error-prone link in the production of coal preparation,and whether the production process is normal firstly depends on the stability of the coal slime system.Therefore,the key to doing well in the production technical management of coal preparation plant is to handle the amount of the solid content of the coal slime water.With the improvement of the coal mining mechanization degree,the intensifying broken in the mining process results in the production of a large number of the high peat coal slime water in the coal preparation process.And this situation is increasing highlightedly.So the impact of the characteristic of argillization on the the effect of the coal preparation process and the coal slime water treatment is more important.The argillization test data of coal become one of the basic data in the design of coal preparation plant.Because of the economy and environment pressure prompting our country’s coal industry to high efficiency and low cost of the direction of the rapid development, heavy medium coal preparation technology with high separating accuracy,convenient operation,few occupied space and easily realizable automation(especially the heavy medium cyclones with large diameter) is popular in our country.The simplified heavy medium preparation process where the large pressure feed three products heavy medium cyclone is regarded as the main equipment has been promoted and applied in the large range,and it makes heavy medium coal preparation technology in China lie in the ranks of the international advanced level.Heavy medium coal preparation technology has become the preferred technology in China coal preparation industry development.Due to the wealthy accumulation of the data of the argillization datum in the traditional coal jigging process,some of the more reliable reference value could be used in the process of the production of coal preparation of the design of the coal preparation plant.As for the heavy medium cyclone coal preparation process of new development,few argillization datum is accumulated.This paper discusses in detail the basic situation of the coal preparation plant and the coal sample quality when taken,analyzes the status of cyclone application in our country and describe the test process.This subject regards pressure two products heavy medium cyclone and no pressure three products heavy medium cyclone as the main research object,secondary slime content is known by analyzing and calculating the properties and the processing amount of the feeding material and the separation products.Through the study of the subject,not only could the secondary slime content produced in the pressure two products heavy medium cyclone and no pressure three products heavy medium cyclone be known, but also the two data of secondary slime content produced by two equipment could be compared and analyzed. And it provides the reference for the design of coal preparation plant and coal preparation.
