Optimization Research On Cross Exploitation And Inner Dumping Scheme In Zhundong Surface Coal Mine

The first mining area of Zhundong surface coal mine mined longitudinally with long work lines,inner dumping can not be achieved for the coal seam is inclined,resulting in large stripping ratio?long stripping transport distance and high production cost.lf it continue to mine longitudinally,stripping ratio?distance of stripping transport?lifting height will increase rapidly,economic benefits will be even worse.According to the mining conditions and technical problems of present mining situation.This paper puts forward a technical reform plan which turn into cross exploitation and inner dumping from longitudinal minings does further research on the key problems of cross exploitation and inner dumping,selects the initial advance drawdown pit location and steering direction,determines the horizon of the initial advance drawdown pit and the parameter of east end-slope,optimizes the the width and boundary of cross exploitation area,balances the inner dumping space,optimizes the construction and development procedure of inner dumping.The research results in this paper can reduce stripping ratio?shorten the distance of stripping transport?reduce production costs?improve the economic efficiency.Tt is of theoretical significance and practical value for Zhundong surface coal mine.At the same time,it is of great guiding significance for stripping ratio and distance of stripping transport control theory and engineering practice in large-scale inclined coal seam of surface mine.
