Soft rock roadway support has been one of the difficult problems in underground mining activities.And it is also the key to safe and efficient production of mine.The 310 track roadway of Xinzhi coal mine is soft rock roadway.Though many times of revision,the roadway deformation is still serious,affects the normal use of track roadway.As the 310 track roadway of Xinzhi coal mine is an engineering example.Through theoretical analysis,field monitoring and so on to analyze the deformation and failure mechanism of soft rock roadway and the factors of instability of 310 soft track roadway.310 rock roadway is a big broken soft roadway.Design bolt,net,cable,spray layer combined support scheme and bolt and grouting support program.Using theoretical calculation method and engineering analogy method to calculate the parameters of support.Establishing Mohr-coulomb FLAC3D numerical model to analyze support schemes.To compare the characteristics of displacement,stress and plastic zone under different support conditions.Determine to use anchor support program.Taking the bolting and grouting support to industrial experiment.Field monitoring results show that the roadway surrounding rock is stable,satisfies the engineering requirement.The bolt and grouting support in the 310 soft track roadway ensures the safety production of the mine.The support is guidance on the other Xinzhi coal mine soft rock roadway.And it is also a reference for the same conditions of soft rock roadway.
