The stability control of the soft rock roadway is the technical problems that many mines have faced.Deformation and failure of soft rock roadway have a variety of forms and are affected by many factors.For the specific mechanism of soft rock roadway's deformation and failure formulating feasible support scheme is the key to the stability of soft rock roadway.The support technology of roadways of 3601 fully mechanized mining face which is taken as the research object is studied with the methods of theoretical analysis,laboratory experiment,field testing and numerical simulation on the basis of reading a lot books about deformation mechanism and control theory of soft rock roadway.Based on the analysis of the measured results of the surrounding rock geological mechanics indexes of the roadway surrounding rock in the 3601 fully mechanized mining face,the stress distribution and the plastic zone characteristics of the surrounding rock are studied by numerical simulation.Obtaining tunnel maximum yield depth is 4m mainly concentrated in the angle of the roof;the angle of the roadway appear stress concentration maximum concentration force for 12.9MPa,original supporting scheme of roadway roof is very unstable.The original branch support program problems instead of rectangular cross section for straight wall semicircle arch section and puts forward "anchor bolt and cable and steel net and steel ladder and letting pressure tray" combined support scheme.The supporting parameters are designed.Bolt is?22×2400 mm strong thread steel bolt and anchor cable is ?15.24×6000 mm steel strand cable;and timber pallet is 300 mm×200 mm×50 mm poplar or willow,the numerical simulation of support scheme is carried out.Finally the support scheme is tested on site and the pressure of the field is monitored.Monitoring results:two sides of roadway shift in maximum is 121 mm.The roof subsidence maximum is 86 mm;roof within 2 m of bed separation volume maximum is 21 mm,2-6 m in maximum amount of bed separation is 42 mm;anchor maximal anchoring force of is 27 MPa(119 kN),cable maximal anchoring force is 49.5 MPa(217 kN),after a month monitoring data tend to be stable.The monitoring results show that the support scheme can effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock of mining roadway.
