As the modern mine safe and efficient comprehensive mechanized mining technology development,to meet the mine ventilation,transportation and installation of large equipment requirements,roadway cross-section size increasing,the big cross section coal roadway support problem has seriously affected the safe and efficient production of coal mines,large section roadway with bolt support how to effectively control the deformation of the surrounding rock,has become a problem to be solved.Changping coal limited liability company in Changping coal mining rubber-tired vehicle alleys,return air alleys and transportation alleys are rectangular cross-section design and excavation section width 5.8 m,5.6 m high,covers an area of 32.48 m2,paper to Changping mine supporting problem as the research target,in the region of the comprehensive analysis of coal seam condition,site engineering geological characteristics,large section roadway damage and instability characteristics and support pattern,based on the integrated use of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and in-situ stress test,field experiment,the rock pressure monitoring method,using dynamic information design method of the bolt support,in view of the specific geological conditions of Changping coal mine peaked bottom of large cross section tunnel support design.Change monitoring of surrounding rock and drilling on the surface of a demonstration of roadway surrounding rock peep,verify the prestressed high strength a support system supporting effect is good.
