Xinzhouyao mine since 2006,there were 43 cases of rockburst.A total of 10 accidents of rockburst have caused during the mining of 8939 panel and 8937 panel,all occurred in the roadway where ahead 70 m of 8939 panel,resulting in a large number of single prop damage and obvious roadway deformation,seriously affecting the safe and efficient production of mine.Xinzhouyao coal mine is mining the 8939 panel.In order to reduce the hazard of rock burst,a series of early warning and controlling measures are taken.At the same time to spend a lot of material resources,achieve a certain amount of manpower.Therefore,the original based on the engineering background of Xinzhouyao mine,study the influence rule of coal pillar width to rock burst,and the corresponding optimization of coal pillar size program.The paper analyzes the situation of rock burst in Xinzhouyao mine west two district,clear the occurrence regularity of rock burst.Analysis of the anti scour effect of the existing anti scour measures through the coal column stress monitoring data.Based on the mechanical model of cantilever beam and simply supported beam,deduce the relationship between the width of coal pillar and the stress concentration factor.Combined with the coal pillar rock burst risk evaluation system,using theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and other research methods,analyzes the influence of the width of coal pillar on rock burst.Determine the reasonable width of coal pillar,based on the optimization result of the coal pillar retaining scheme,design the control scheme of the surrounding rock.The results show that:when the coal pillar width is 20 m,the existing measures can not effectively reduce the stress concentration of coal pillar,and the coal pillar area is still a strong impact risk.With the increase of the width of coal pillar,the risk of rock burst decreases gradually.When the width of coal pillar increases to 40 m,the risk of rock burst is reduced to a weak shock.When the gob side entry is exploited,the filling area is characterized by no impact,and there is no obvious stress concentration in the other regions of panel.Therefore,to Xinzhouyao mine two West District,set up 40 m coal pillar and gob solution can meet the requirements of safety mining of rock burst.
