Based on the Pingshuo No.1 Mine 4106 face research background,a UHV transmission lines goes through the 4106 face.It combines with the geological condition of mining area,using the research methods of probable integral method and numerical simulation combined with the optimization of protection pillar scheme on the face just above the level of UHV transmission tower.The geological conditions of mining area based on the UHV transmission tower damage factors caused by surface deformation of mining face Based on the vertical section method in the three coal mining regulation,the width of coal pillar is calculated.According to the under three mine,by using the probable integral method of different working face advancing distance,deformation of UHV transmission tower foundation near surface movement is predicted.Finite difference numerical simulation based on the computation results,through comparative analysis,to determine the starting position of the limit surface mining thickness,for both sides of the face mining thick limit width,the width and the working face of full mechanized top coal caving mining thick limit stop position were studied and optimized scheme.Through the analysis of tower foundation deformation index,finally get the protection pillar for EHV transmission towers under the design optimization scheme is:along the working face advancing direction and the tower foundation in front of setting up 71 m,rear left 106 m,left and right sides of the remaining 116 m.According to the protection of UHV transmission tower research,It improves the recovery rate of coal resources,solve engineering problems and damage ground construction building protection provides theoretical guidance for the mine,to provide technical support for the subsequent mining working face advancing scheme.
