With the continuous development of our economy, national demand for coal is increasing. Therefore, our major mining areas, mining of coal mining increased, which led to the growing problem of ground subsidence. Thus control surface subsidence, the development of a subsidence prediction system to reduce the damage caused by subsidence of great significance, but also for "three under" mining program designed to provide a powerful tool.This article predicts surface subsidence by probability integral method, and analysis mistakes of probability integral method of PSO-BP optimized respectively, and analysis specifically mistake of probability integral method. It analysis results by comparisoning iteration error of two model, and select the more appropriate model.It develops core program of predicts surface subsidence on basis of VB, and outputs datas, put these datas into graph on basis MATLAB. This article used C# to develop the mining settlement estimate system in base of.NET Framework on the basis of probability integral method. This system can use the coordinate input mode to draw picks the depletion region shape and the scope not regularly, then through the transfer mining settlement estimate formula, may obtain the mining settlement each kind of isograms, cloud chart and the effect chart of three dimensional, including surface subsidence, level migration, surface curvature, surface incline, level distortion. And has provided the rich data output function, may according to need to input the random rectangular region either the random section position data then derives this region or the section mining settlement data. In order to cause the result to have the view ability, the procedure has also provided such as the three dimensional simulation chart manifestationAt last, this system to be used in practical engineering examples, and analysised the results and obtained results. The author gave the analysis and prospect of the mining settlement estimate system.
