In industrial design,the design of parallel mechanisms often uses traditional empirical design methods to unilaterally design according to a certain performance requirement of the product.With the development of science and technology,its design and research fields cover aerospace,machinery,control and artificial intelligence,and the scope is quite wide.Therefore,when designing a parallel mechanism,it is necessary to more fully consider the coupling between multiple performances and the multiple disciplines involved,and optimize the multidisciplinary design.In this paper,the laser cutting parallel machine tool is designed with 3-PUU parallel mechanism as the main body.The system considers the interaction between many disciplines such as kinematics,dynamics and statics,and selects the optimal design parameters of each performance to obtain better.Overall performance is optimal.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Based on the position analysis of the 3-PUU parallel mechanism,the influence coefficient matrix of the 3-PUU parallel mechanism with less degrees of freedom is established,and then the dynamics and kinematics of the mechanism are theoretically studied.After Matlab numerical analysis,and then compared with the Adams simulation curve,the accuracy of theoretical calculations of dynamics and kinematics is tested.(2)The 3-PUU parallel mechanism is used as the main body to design the laser cutting machine.The Solidworks is used to establish the 3D model,and the operating mechanism of the laser cutting machine is designed and analyzed.The 3D model is then optimized and transformed into the Parasolid format to import Adams to perform mobile simulation.(3)Conduct a holistic study of multidisciplinary design methods,starting with definitions,mastering the technical systems of many discipline design improvements and the construction of basic function models.In-depth exploration of the collaborative optimization operation method,for the CO algorithm is sensitive to the initial value,the operation efficiency is low,and the simplified method does not converge.In the previous researcher's benchmark for optimizing the CO operation method,specific improvement measures are proposed,and finally the design algorithm is adopted.test.(4)Research Ansys integrated iSIGHT technology,and based on iSIGHT for multidisciplinary design optimization application analysis.Construct multi-disciplinary performance indicators of laser cutting machine tools with 3-PUU parallel system as the core component,including statics,dynamics and kinematics.The function improvement model of the core mechanism of the parallel cutting machine tool is constructed.After the ANSYS integration method and the optimized CO operation method,the balance needs to obtain the optimal solution of the architecture parameters.The research of this subject not only contributes to the practical research of 3-PUU parallel mechanism,but also promotes the development of laser cutting machine tool design research,and can also improve the research level of parallel mechanism design.It has certain certain for domestic industrial design and advanced equipment manufacturing.Guiding significance.
