The proportion of energy consumption in China is unbalanced,and its dependence on foreign countries is high.The consumption of natural gas and biomass is extremely low.However,China is a world's populous country,producing a large amount of organic waste every year.If these organic wastes are not treated harmlessly,it will waste biomass energy,threaten food safety,cause environmental pollution,and endanger human and animal health.Therefore,using anaerobic digestion technology to achieve harmless and resource-based treatment of organic wastes is an effective way to alleviate energy pressure and environmental problems,and has comprehensive benefits in food safety,social civilization and sustainable agricultural development.In this paper,organic waste by anaerobic digestion technology and preliminary study on the coupling technology of anaerobic digestion technology and microbial fuel cell(MFC).In the study of anaerobic digestion technology to treat organic wastes,three fermentation raw materials were designed:supermarket biomass mixed wastes,mildewy sweet potato and mildewy sweet potato hydrogen production,the anaerobic digestion performance of fermented raw materials under different organic loads were studied.In the preliminary study on the coupling technology of anaerobic digestion technology and MFC,two group were designed:anaerobic digestion experimental group,anaerobic digestion and MFC coupling experimental group,exploring the influence of the construction of MFC on the gas production performance of anaerobic digestion and the removal of pollutants in the anaerobic digestion liquid,and analyzing the electricity production performance of MFC.Under the conditions set in the experiment,the following conclusions are obtained:(1)Mixed biomass wastes from supermarket could be promising materials for biogas production,the total solid(TS)and Volatile Solids(VS)biogas production rate were 1077.9mL/g and 1147.1mL/g when the TS ratio of organic loading and inoculums was 1:3,the average methane(CH4)volume percentage was 55.7%.(2)Mildewy sweet potato could be used as a hydrogen-producing raw material,the TS and VS biogas production rate were 114.28mL/g and 119.23mL/g when the TS ratio of organic loading and inoculums was 1:0.3,the average hydrogen(H2)volume percentage was 31.8%.(3)Mildewy sweet potato hydrogen production fermentation liquid has excellent gas production performance,the TS and VS biogas production rate were 2331.29mL/g and 3746.24mL/g when the TS ratio of organic loading and inoculums was 1:16.2,the average methane volume percentage was 57.76%.(4)The construction of MFC can improve the gas production performance of fermentation raw materials.The daily average gas production increased by 13.7%and the daily average CH4 production increased by 11.27%.The construction of MFC in anaerobic fermentation experimental device had no significant effect on COD and TN content in anaerobic fermentation liquld,but the degradation rate of NH4-N increased by 15.03%;MFC can operate stably and has good power generation effect.During the operation of MFC,the maximum output power is 74.98 mV and the maximum current density is 2210 mW/m2.
