Sizing process is a vital part of the textile production process.Starch, polyvinyl alcohol?PVA?and polyacrylic acid slurry syrup are the main slurries currently used.Mixtures of starch and polyvinyl alcohol are widely used in high density. The sizing process of cotton fabric. The production practice found that the desizing of the fabric using the enzyme desizing method was poor, and the slurry on the fabric was difficult to be removed.Focusing on this problem, this topic systematically explored the effects of starch varieties and auxiliary slurries on the enzymatic hydrolysis performance of the sizing solution.Based on the problems found, the solution was proposed to improve the enzymatic hydrolysis performance and fabric desizing efficiency.Experiments were carried out on two aspects to provide a theoretical basis for the fabric enzyme desizing process.Firstly, the differences in enzymatic performance between several different varieties of starch were analyzed and compared, and the effects of atmospheric pressure mixing and high pressure pulping on amylase hydrolysis were compared.Taking 5 kinds of starch?waxy corn starch, common corn starch, high amylose corn starch, potato starch, tapioca starch?as the research object, the starch was fully gelatinized,?-amylase reaction was added, and starch was characterized by starch decomposition rate and DE value. The degree of enzymatic hydrolysis. The results showed that the high-straight-chain corn starch was the most difficult to hydrolyze, followed by ordinary corn starch, and the decomposition rate of potato starch, tapioca starch and waxy corn starch was higher. At the same time, the effects of atmospheric pressure mixing and high pressure pulping on the enzymatic hydrolysis performance of starch were also investigated. The results showed that the two pulping processes had little effect on the starch starch decomposition rate.Secondly, three kinds of commonly used starch slurry?1#:phosphate corn starch,2#:grafted starch,3#:tapioca starch?were sampled from the factory as the research object, compared with common corn starch, and several starch pulps were compared. The enzymatic hydrolysis efficiency between the materials showed that the grafted starch had the best effect, the phosphate ester starch was the second, and the tapioca starch was poor.Another two kinds of polyacrylic acid slurry, two kinds of polyvinyl alcohol slurry and wax tablets were sampled from the factory. The effect of the auxiliary slurry on the enzymatic hydrolysis efficiency was investigated, and the data was analyzed by F test. The results showed that the slurry was in the slurry. The addition of polyacrylic acid slurry and PVA have little effect on the enzymatic hydrolysis efficiency of starch, and the addition of wax tablets has a negative influence on the degree of hydrolysis of starch. On this basis,CaCl2,saccharification enzyme and lipase were added to the slurry to improve the enzymatic hydrolysis efficiency of starch in the mixed slurry. The results showed that the starch decomposition rate and DE value of the mixed slurry were determined by calcium chloride, glucoamylase and lipase. There is a certain improvement. Finally, the color fabrics of different specifications and different sizing processes were randomly sampled from the factory, and the sampled fabrics were subjected to qualitative analysis of the residual slurry. The results showed that all the sampled desizing fabrics had slurry residue, the starch desizing rate was low,and the PVA was withdrawn. The pulp rate is higher. On this basis, this experiment proposes a solution for the removal of starch slurry on the fabric.CaCl2,saccharification enzyme and lipase are added to the desizing solution to assist the desizing. The results show that the saccharification enzyme and calcium chloride on the starch desizing of the fabric Both the efficiency and the PVA desizing efficiency are improved, and the effect of lipase on the desizing of the fabric is not obvious. At the same time, the fabric was pretreated, and the effect of pretreatment on the desizing performance of the fabric was investigated. The results showed that the pretreatment process reduced the starch desizing rate of the fabric and the PVA desizing rate. Finally, the desizing temperature was investigated, and the results showed that the temperature was The desizing effect of the fabric has a great influence. The temperature increase can improve the desizing effect of the fabric. When the desizing temperature is 100°C,the fabric desizing rate can reach more than 95.
