In recent years,more than half of the raw coal was consumed by thermal power plants to ensure the power supply in China.Although the economic benefits from coal fired power generation are satisfactory,great amount of solid wastes including fly ash,cinder and desulfurized gypsum were produced,which caused serious environmental pollution.However,the aforementioned solid wastes can be transfered to available resources by using some appropriate methods.In this thesis,the production process and utilization approach of solid waste in Shalingzi power plant were introduced,and the merits and faults of the utilization were analyzed.Direct economic benefits and indirect economic benefits from the comprehensive utilization of solid waste were analyzed on the basis of factor method,and the corresponding improvement schemes were also proposed.An evaluation index system of comprehensive utilization was established and the weight coefficients of each indicators were calculated based on the analytic hierarchy process.By using the Delphi method,the subjective evaluation opinions were quantified.Moreover,the degrees of membership of indicators were calculated from the cluster analysis by combining the characteristic of indicators.The utilization of solid wastes was evaluated from its economic,environmental and social benefits,and the impacts of its five most important indicators were determined,which provide a valuable guidance for future improvements and development in Shalingzi power plant.
