Since the birth of the chemical industry,it has been accompanied by an endless stream of safety issues.It has led to frequent occurrences of various chemical accidents,and caused huge economic losses,environmental pollution,and even casualties.In order to reduce the occurrence of chemical accidents and promote a virtuous cycle of chemical production,it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to carry out a systematic and comprehensive safety evaluation.Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and combined with the characteristics of the chemical process,this paper proposes an improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct a chemical process safety evaluation system.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Investigate and analyze possible unsafe factors in the actual production situation of chemical process,refer to the related literature at home and abroad,and consult with relevant experts to construct the safety evaluation index system based on process equipment,personnel quality,operating environment and safety management,that is,determine the index factors that affect the system safety.(2)The method combines AHP and Dow F&E index method organically,and integrates the data obtained by the two methods in a certain way to obtain the weights of the safety evaluation index system quickly and accurately,thereby determining the degree of influence of each index factors on the system safety.(3)The evaluation weight set is determined according to the weights of the safety evaluation index system,the chemical process fuzzy relation matrix is constructed,and the weighted average synthesis operator is selected to combine the weight set with the fuzzy relation matrix to obtain the comprehensive evaluation result,thereby determining the safety level of chemical process.The improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the safety of the process of ammonia synthesis in a certain company to obtain the comprehensive score of 86.70,which shows that the system safety of ammonia synthesis process is good.Also,according to the total sorting of the importance of influencing factors of the system safety of ammonia synthesis process,it can be seen that the most important two factors that affect the system safety are gas making and purification&synthesis,and the weight size of which are over 0.2;the importance of the technical level is in the third place,the importance of mental health and physical health with it belongs to the personnel quality are in the fifth,sixth place;the importance of regulatory authorities®ulatory efforts is close to o.1,ranked fourth,and it is the most important factor in safety management;storage is the least significant factor in the process equipment,but its weight still reached 0.05;the integrated weight of each factor in the operating environment is small,but its overall importance can not be ignored.Based on it,according to the importance of each indicator,it is necessary to take some preventive measures to ensure that production activities are conducted safely and healthily in a longer period of time:(1)Focusing on the phase of gas making,purification& synthesis of ammonia synthesis process,regularly checking,repairing and maintaining the production equipment systematically and strictly controlling the process conditions of production;(2)Strengthening professional skills training for operators to continuously improve their technical level,and taking certain measures to promote the physical and mental health of them;(3)The company’s safety regulatory authorities should actively supervise the safety production status of the production workshop and timely find,feedback and correct the unsafe production behaviors.This paper takes the chemical process as the evaluation object and proposes improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.This method was used to evaluate the safety of a typical chemical process--ammonia synthesis process,and the evaluation results were compared with its actual safety status to verify the accuracy and applicability of this method in the safety evaluation of ammonia synthesis process,which reflects the rationality of the improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and also verifies the applicability of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in the same or related chemical processes.Based on this,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to systematically and comprehensively evaluate the safety of the chemical process so as to promote the safety of the chemical production. |
