Nowadays,environmental issues and energy issues are of paramount importance.The state is increasingly strict with current requirements for green energy,energy conservation and emission reduction.As a coal-fired power plant,how to improve the utilization rate of coal energy and reduce pollution is the key to achieving sustainable development.The carbon content of fly ash is one of the main indicators for the economic operation of thermal power plants,which plays a key role in improving power generation efficiency and reducing production costs.The carbon content of fly ash is an important parameter to measure the combustion efficiency inside the furnace.The carbon content of fly ash measured in real time is helpful to guide operators to allocate the ratio of wind-coal reasonably and improve the efficiency of economic operation of power plants.Measuring method of fly ash carbon content but at the moment,the chamber of a stove or furnace widely exists in the form of hardware instrument,and more for off-line measurements which can not be timely guidance to operators,because the work environment of evil slightly and hardware meter high price,makes the hardware measuring instrument maintenance frequently and maintenance the price on the high side,at the same time increased the burden for the maintenance staff work.Therefore,it is urgent to find a way to solve the lag in measuring carbon content of fly ash and the high cost of equipment.In this paper,first of all,the influence factors on the mechanism of fly ash carbon content analysis,find out the soft measurement model is established through mechanism analysis of instrumental variables,and obtain from DCS of power plant auxiliary variables and the history of the fly ash carbon content data,through data processing and the method of sample selection,eliminating redundancy in historical data samples,will get the new samples as the training sample and set up by using the method of least squares support vector machine(SVM)offline soft measurement model of fly ash carbon content,and joined the total deviation algorithm to determine whether a model needs to be updated,so as to realize the function of the soft measurement model update,update of fly ash carbon content online soft measurement model is established.Because of the soft measurement model have online update ability,can real-time accurate measurement of fly ash carbon content,through the conclusion of this article and contrast clearly shows that online than offline model has higher accuracy and update model is also proved that the fly ash carbon content online update the soft measurement model can be used for a long time,for the measurement of fly ash carbon content upgrade laid the foundation.
