With the development of modern high technology, grinding processing is a finishing process, and because of its wide application and importance of status,it has attracted more and more people's attention. The process rationality of the high-performance ceramic bond abrasives sintering process will directly affect the performance.Compared with the traditional sintering method, microwave sintering has gradually become a central issue at domestic and foreign because of its short sintering time, energy saving, reduced sintering energy cost,space-selective sintering, safety and pollution-free,and inhibition of grain growth. In view of the uneven distribution and weak intensity of electric modes in a rectangular waveguide resonator of a single waveguide feeder in an industrial microwave sintering furnace, the COMSOL finite element simulation method is used to study the effect of increasing the number of feeders and adjusting the position of the corresponding feeders on the electric field mode distribution in a rectangular sintered cavity based on the theory of resonant cavity. The number and location of feeders are obtained when the distribution of electric field modes in the cavity is optimal. The influence of placement position of the test piece, relative dielectric constant and input power on the distribution of electric field mode in the rectangular cavity of microwave sintering and the temperature distribution in the cavity were analyzed by orthogonal simulation experiment, and the placement position and temperature rise curve of the specimen were optimized.Furthermore,a more accurate model of ceramic bond abrasive containing random shape abrasive grains was established to compare the temperature field distribution of ceramic bond and abrasive grains during microwave sintering. Finally, the experiment is used to verify the advantages of microwave sintering compared with traditional sintering and the correct position of the optimized specimen.
