In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economic level,urban high-rise and complex buildings have appeared in large numbers,and the fire-fighting facilities in buildings have become diversified,complicated and intelligent.Modern building structures have complex functions,and internal fire protection facilities are various.The traditional planar fire protection facilities management method are unable to adapt to the development of new technologies.Therefore,an efficient three-dimensional and cross-platform fire protection facility management method is urgently needed.At present,the BIM technology is triggering the informational transformation of the construction industry.Combining the Unity 3D engine,the topic studies the three-dimensional visual management method of fire protection facilities,bringing a stereoscopic and intuitive experience to the fire protection facilities managers.This topic leads the traditional planar fire protection facility management to a threedimensional scene.Based on the BIM building model in the building design and construction phase,the building information model is imported into the Unity 3D engine to improve the rendering effect of the scene and the applicability of the mobile terminal.The topic uses the Revit secondary development technology to programmatically classify and filter the enumeration of fire protection facilities in the BIM model.The fire protection facility information is imported from the BIM model,at the same time,the PC and mobile terminal Sqlite database connection is established in the Unity 3D engine to realize the interaction between the fire protection facility information database and the fire protection facility model and complete the three-dimensional visual management of the cross-platform fire protection facilities.The system provides rich information management functions,including CAD drawing view,fire protection facility information summary,fire protection facility filtering,fire protection facility quick query,fire protection facility search and location,fire protection facility maintenance management,user management,etc.,realizing the bidirectional correlation correspondence between the plane information of the fire protection facility and the threedimensional virtual simulation physical object,and providing a new information management mode of the fire protection facility.The system realizes cross-platform release,supporting different operating systems such as Windows and Android.Managers can view fire protection facility information anytime and anywhere,which improves the management efficiency of fire protection facilities,and solves the problems such as modern complex building fire protection facility variety and difficult management.
