Cement production is a complex process with large lag,nonlinearity and strong coupling.the burning process consumes the most resources with the most complex physical and chemical reactions.In recent years,experts and scholars have never stopped the study of the cement burning process,from the division of working conditions to temperature control is a research hots pot,and has made great achievements,but the study of the cement burning process is still in a single link,the study of the coordinated control of the burning process is less.At present,the research on the coordinated control of the cement firing process still has the following problems:First,the working conditions of the firing process are complex and changeable,and the influence of different parameters on the firing process is also different.The working conditions of the coordinated control of the entire firing process are relatively less.Working conditions and online identification are important prerequisites for studying the cement firing process;Second,the focus of the research on the coordinated control of the cement firing process has always been on the control,while the temperature setting has been manually given by the operator.Due to the different operating experience of the operators,the temperature setting value cannot be guaranteed to be the optimal setting value under the current working conditions,which may result in low clinker quality pass rate or high energy consumption.Therefore,the research on coordinated control of cement firing process in this paper is of great significance.In view of the above problems,this paper divides the typical working conditions of the burning process and carries out online identification by analyzing a large number of field data and combining the excellent operating experience of the operator.Finally,the temperature setting model is established by using case-based reasoning algorithm,and the temperature setting values of the decomposing furnace and the kiln hood are given.The main research work is as follows:(1)This paper discusses the general situation of cement development,and analyzes the coordination relationship between the decomposing furnace and the rotary kiln in the process of cement burning.Because there is a certain proportion relationship between the coal injection of the decomposing furnace(kiln tail)and the coal injection of the rotary kiln(kilnhead),and at the same time corresponding to a certain temperature setting value,it is concluded that the optimal temperature setting value under the current working condition can realize the coordination of the burning process The conclusion of regulation control.(2)Summarize the working conditions of the coordinated control of the cement firing process,not only consider the key parameters of the firing process,but also take into account the raw material rate value,coal powder moisture and other laboratory offline data,through analysis of a large number of on-site data and Combined with the excellent operating experience of the operator,the typical working conditions related to the temperature during the entire firing process are summarized and the temperature setting values of the decomposition furnace and kiln head cover given by the operator under the current working conditions are summarized.(3)Aiming at the problem of difficulty in online identification of the working conditions of the cement firing process,on the basis of a typical summary,expert rules are combined with Spearman correlation coefficients to identify the working conditions,and the adjustment strategy under the current working conditions.(4)For the problem given manually by the temperature setting value in the firing process,using case-based reasoning algorithm,first establish an initial case database,and use f-CaO and coal consumption as the screening criteria for cases under different working conditions,with qualified quality and coal consumption The low case is selected as the excellent case.Then through the case selection,case reuse and other steps to coordinate and give the optimal firing process temperature setting value under the current working condition.(5)Research and development of firing temperature setting software.This software is written in C#,and its main functions include user management,data collection,key parameter monitoring in the firing process,and temperature setting in the firing process.Finally,the sintering process coordination control software is implemented on site,which can realize real-time monitoring of production process parameters,accurate division and identification of on-site working conditions,and gives the decomposition furnace temperature setting value and kiln head cover temperature setting value.After field verification,the coordinated control software of the cement firing process has a certain effect on achieving high quality and low consumption of cement production.
