Injection molding is one of the most important plastic molding methods at present.In the process of injection molding,each faector affects each other.So it is difficult to predict the defects after the molding.It is necessary to modify the parameters,repair the die repeatedly and test the mould repeatedly,in order to speculate the rough molding parameters and the suitable fiber content.This obviously can not meet the current fast and agile production needs.The selection of parameters and the selection of fiber content need to be optimized effectively.In this paper,the warpage phenomenon in fan injection molding is taken as the research object and the main causes of warpage are analyzed.The process parameters of injection molding are optimized by combining numerical simulation with optimization design,so as to reduce the warpage of plastic parts.First the finite element analysis software Moldflow is used to design the injection structure of the fan and the design of the cooling water.The warpage deformation of the fan blade is numerically simulated,and the main factors that lead to the warpage of the plastic parts are determined.Secondly,the method and steps for solving the response surface coefficient are derived.At the same time,the response surface test is designed by using the data analysis software Design-expert.The temperature of the mold,the melt temperature,the filling time,the pressure holding pressure and the fiber content are used as the experimental factors,and the warpage deformation is the variable of the target.The warpage response surface equation of the process parameters is established,and the minimum value of warpage deformation and the optimal process parameter sequence are obtained.Then,the finite element software is used to verify the results obtained from the experimental design.Finally,the fiber orientation in injection molding is theoretically deduced,and the fiber orientation of the injection fan is analyzed to predict the mechanical properties of the fan.It can greatly improve the use value of materials,increase fan strength and reduce warpage.In this paper,the optimized injection parameters are brought into the injection molding process,and the optimization results of the minimum warpage deformation are obtained.It is proved that the combination of the finite element simulation and the modern optimization design can effectively optimize the multi process parameters of the plastic parts,and the optimization results are verified by the finite element method.The research and design of this paper can effectively reduce the warpage of injection process,and has certain guiding significance for actual production.
