At present,in the special geological condition and the adjacent surface mining,hydraulic prop with advanced limitation support will lead to fully mechanized working face of human casualty accidents increased by hinge roof of fully mechanized working face mining speed,slow down.This paper is designed for working face return air transport trough forepoling ZZ20000/22/44D large mining height hydraulic chock,in order to achieve strong stratabehavior automation advanced area operations,reduce the heavy manual labor,reduce the rate of accidents,improve work efficiency,to achieve safe and efficient production pLlrposes.This combination of air formation in Bayan coal nine 311103 working face smooth relationship between the roof and the occurrence condition of rock mechanics,the large mining height hydraulic chock support strength and resistance;in view of the existing shortcomings and the supporting conditions of the existing support can not solve the problem,determine the overall design scheme of the new cog.And the design of the main technical parameters of the new cog calculation;to establish three-dimensional solid model of the new cog as an example of cog in the top beam load both ends of the base of concentrated load,partial load,torsion beam base beam base partial load partial load?concentrated load,both ends of the base beam torsion torsion beam,torsion beam base both ends of the base,the base beam concentrated load concentrated load partial load,concentrated load,torsion beam base top concentrated load both ends of the base concentrated load condition,Finite element analysis of the chocks and main parts;the design of brettis electro-hydraulic control system,and carries on the modeling and Simulation of the main hydraulic components of hydraulic support using AMESim simulation software to verify the rationality of the selection of hydraulic components;and the control system of ZZ20000/22/44D large mining height hydraulic chock for the modeling and analysis of hydraulic system of hydraulic circuit simulation to verify the dynamic stability of the hydraulic control circuit;the stack type bracket installed in the formation in Bayan coal mine 311103 working face roof;according to the observation of 311103 working face pressure,verify the rationality brettis design,through practical application proposes brettis design flaws and insufficient,and put forward the corresponding improvement suggjestions,in order to improve the brettis better after the foundation.Brettis in comprehensive mechanized mining face application of advance support,improve the advance supporting section supporting strength,reduce the deformation of roadway support in advance.improve the efficiency and safety of production,can provide a new method and reliable support for other types of mine advance.
