The study of roof motion law is the premise of scientific design of roof control plan.The most simple and reliable method for measuring the motion of roof is monitoring the working condition of support.The hydraulic support is the core equipment for the roof control of the working face.With the periodic caving of the roof,the working state of the hydraulic support will adjust accordingly.The traditional work state monitoring of support focuses on the periodic changes of support resistance during the recovery process,limited by monitoring equipment,less measured research on supporting height of support.With the development of monitoring equipment,the continuous monitoring technology of support height has been quite perfect.The support height can be monitored in real time by inclinometer.Combined with the application of tilt sensor in the height monitoring of support support,the calculation method of monitoring supporting height using tilt sensor is analyzed,and the analysis method of support height monitoring data is given with the support resistance analysis method.Combined with the law of roof movement,the influence of direct roof and basic roof on support height is analyzed respectively.The change law of support height in the recovery process is analyzed theoretically,and the theoretical paving for the analysis of the height variation of the support support and the motion law of the roof is made.Taking the 3 up 1008 working face of Fu cun coal mine as the engineering background,using the working surface electrohydraulic control system to monitor the working resistance data of the support,the position of the coal cutting machine and the supporting height of the support,the monitoring data are analyzed and processed.At the same time,the direct top of the 3 up 1008 working faces is 0.3 m mudstone and 5 m siltstone,the basic top is 10 m sandstone and 9 m fine sandstone,and the roof periodic motion step is about 18.15 m.Finally,the monitoring results of support resistance monitoring and support height monitoring are compared.The height monitoring of support support has the advantages of large quantized interval,strong continuous monitoring data and small influence of interference factors,and can be better applied to roof motion monitoring.The research results in this paper provide a new method for monitoring roof movement law,and have a positive guiding significance for roof control and management.
