Design Of Gas Pressure Monitoring System For Gas Drainage Pipeline In Underground Coal Mine

In this thesis,a monitoring system for gas pressure in gas drainage pipeline in coal mine is designed.The system can detect the gas pressure in the gas drainage pipeline and control the gas pressure in the gas drainage pipeline while the coal mine gas drainage operation.During the whole monitoring process,the gas pressure in the pumping pipeline can be displayed in real-time by the sub-station and the upper computer.In coal mining,first of all,drill holes are drilled to the coal face through drilling rig.When the drilling rig hits the gas layer,the gas pressure in the aluminum pipe of the drilling rig will rise sharply once the gas surge occurs.At the same time,the sensor will detect the change of gas pressure in the drainage pipeline,and the control system will begin to judge whether the gas pressure exceeds the alarm value.During the whole process,the station and the computer software will display the detected pressure data,as well as the operation of the relay.In the communication between the sub-station and the host computer,two transmission modes,RS-485 or Ethernet,are chosen.The sub-station can use these two methods to upload the pressure data from the aluminum pipe of the drilling rig to the control center of the well in time.Each substation has its own address,so the gas pressure monitoring of each coal mining face will be independent from each other,and the gas pressure in the drainage pipeline of all coal mining surfaces can be observed simultaneously by the computer software,realization of simultaneous monitoring and control in control center.The monitoring system can automatically and accurately control the gas pressure in the drainage pipeline within the safe range,and the system can remotely monitor the gas pressure and the movement of the execution unit,and ensure the safe drainage of gas in the coal mine.It is of great significance to realize the safety production of coal mine.
