In this paper,facing the problems of low oil production efficiency and high ineffective energy consumption due to the lack of precise control technology in the current oil press,a distributed press chamber pressure monitoring system has been developed.Developed a kind of screw press sliver as the load component.Firstly,a pressure sensor for the press chamber was developed.The screw press bar is used as the load component.The radial pressure inside the press chamber is transmitted to the outside of the press chamber through a pre-tightened elastic force transmission frame,and a miniature bellows type dynamometer is used Output pressure signal.The sensor can measure the pressure of the press chamber under the optimal structure parameters in the range of 10?30 MPa,the resolution can reach 0.28 MPa,but the precision can only reach 2.27%(expressed by the coefficient of variation);A pressure sensor for the press chamber is developed.The sensor is based on the cage plate of the screw press.The radial pressure inside the press is transmitted to the outside of the press through a rigid force transmission sheet that passes through the gap between the press rods,and uses a micro diaphragm Output pressure signal of dynamometer.When the force area of the rigid force conduction sheet is 4.55×10-6m2and the range of the miniature membrane shell dynamometer is 0?200 kg,the effective pressure measurement range of the sensor can reach 0?120 MPa,and the resolution can reach3.03 MPa.Precision can reach 5.21%.The press chamber pressure sensor based on the rigid force transmission sheet is adapted to the ZX18 screw oil press and used in the factory experiment.The distributed layout is distributed in the various sections of the press chamber such as feeding,pressing,oil output,and cake output,realizing the oil tea seed pressing Continuous and multi-point monitoring of the oil production process.The obtained pressure signal not only accurately reflects the pressure distribution law of each section,but also establishes a complete description of the pressure change history of the press chamber at the beginning,stabilization and shutdown stages.The measured pressure fluctuation range of the full press chamber is from 0?17.47 MPa,and the maximum instantaneous dynamic range of the press chamber can reach 84.08%.
