Corporate culture is the value,beliefs and operational concepts that enterprises have gradually accumulated during the production and operation process.It is shared by all employees within the organization and do not need to remind them to consciously guide the behavior of the organization and its employees.Corporate culture has become the core element of enterprise competition because of its hard to be completely duplicated and integrated.As the core competitive element of the enterprise,corporate culture can help enterprises to gain competitive advantage in the fiercely globalized market competition,enhance the organizational performance of enterprises and promote the sustainable development of enterprises.The building essence of corporate culture is to improve the ineffective elements of corporate culture and make it an effective corporate culture,creating value for the enterprise more fully,thereby enhancing the organizational performance of enterprises.In this paper,Weifang Guoyi Aluminum Co.,Ltd.as a case study,The first is to sort out relevant theories of corporate culture measurement and assessment,including the definition of corporate culture,the definition of corporate culture measurement and evaluation,and the model and dimension of corporate culture measurement and evaluation;Then,based on the related theoretical research,we adjusted and revised the Denison’s cultural measurement and evaluation model through qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,and built a set of models that meet the needs of the main body of this study.The newly constructed model includes 11 dimensions,55 measurement items,and factor analysis of the newly constructed model,and finally formed a measurement model containing eight dimensions,44 measurement items;At last,the status quo of enterprise culture construction of Weifang Guoyi Aluminum Co.,Ltd is measured and evaluated through empirical research.After the assessment,Weifang Guoyi Aluminum Co.,Ltd.participatory corporate culture is characterized by an effective corporate culture element,consistency,mission and adaptive corporate culture as an ineffective corporate culture element.Through questionnaires and interviews,it is found that the external reason for the existence of invalid corporate culture elements is that the environment in which the enterprise is located has changed;The internal reasons are mainly as follows:First,the existence of various interest groups within the enterprise;second,the lack of effective means of communication within the enterprise;third,the lack of appropriate internal rules and regulations.Based on the analysis of the reasons for the invalid corporate culture elements of Weifang Guoyi Aluminum Co.,Ltd.and the development status and future development strategy of the company,this research puts forward suggestions for improvement from two aspects:corporate culture construction and organization system guarantee system.
