Wood heat treatment is one of the methods to increase the dimensional stability and biological durability of wood and is an effective process for improving the utilization of wood resources.Due to the structural requirements and complex changes of process parameters,wood heat treatment equipment has a long process from design to application.In the traditional design mode,"establishing solid model-test analysis-optimization model-reconstruction model”takes a long time.At the time,there is a lot of manpower and financial resources,making research on wood heat treatment systems more and more difficult.During the heat treatment of wood,the wind speed,temperature and humidity in the kiln are the main parameters to ensure the quality of wood heat treatment.In order to solve the problem of uneven wind speed,temperature and humidity distribution in the wood heat treatment kiln,this study intends to construct a three-dimensional model of thermal mass coupling of circulating wind speed,temperature and humidity in the wood heat treatment kiln to improve the structure of the heat treatment kiln and optimize the process parameters.Provide scientific basis for wood heat treatment production.By analyzing the wood heat treatment process,the effects of various factors inside the wood heat treatment kiln on the heat treatment quality of wood and the heat treatment efficiency of wood were investigated.The circulation mode of wood heat treatment medium and the coupling equation of heat and mass were established.The multi-field coupling problem and boundary in wood heat treatment kiln Conditions,the coupling model of wood heat treatment kiln was established by FLUENT software.Analyze the distribution of wind speed and temperature and humidity inside the wood heat treatment kiln;for the wood heat treatment kiln,the air supply direction and the return air direction are disordered,and the temperature and humidity are unevenly distributed.The test and measurement methods are determined;the simulation analysis and comparison test data are verified.The rationality of the established thermal mass coupling model.For the irrational distribution of existing conditions,the improved arc wall and the installation of the baffle are used to improve;the influence of wind speed and water content on the heat treatment efficiency of the wood is analyzed,and the PID controller is used to adjust one or more controllers.The link eliminates the deviation and achieves the purpose of precise control of the wood heat treatment process.Through the comparative simulation analysis of the optimized wood heat treatment kiln,it is concluded that the optimized treatment provides a scientific basis for improving the structure and process parameters of the wood heat treatment kiln,and the interior of the wood heat treatment kiln is improved by the technique of improving the arc wall and installing the baffle.The uniformity of flow field distribution,temperature and humidity distribution is improved,and it has good industrial application prospects.
