In recent years,with the increasing types and sources of air pollutants in the indoor environment,the indoor environmental quality is getting worse and worse.According to the survey,people spend more than 80%of their time indoors.The quality of the indoor environment has a direct impact on people's quality of life and work and health.At present,all kinds of paint,wall cloth and adhesive used in interior decoration and decoration are used.Wood-based panels,marble panels and newly purchased furniture will release a]ot of indoor air pollution substances,such as volatile organic compounds,formaldehyde and benzene,will cause headaches,insomnia,dermatitis and allergies and other uncomfortable reactions,long exposure,It can also cause cancer.Nano-composite epoxy resin has excellent wear resistance,water resistance,economy and environmental protection,and has been developing rapidly in improving indoor environmental quality.Graphene and nano-TiO2 in nano-fillers are one of the many semiconductor photocatalysts,because of their strong oxidation ability,high photocatalytic activity and rapid reaction rate.Good chemical stability and long-term catalytic activity to thin polluted gases have been favored by relevant scholars.Nano-composite epoxy resin coating is widely used in furniture,floor,wall surface,play a photocatalytic effect,reduce indoor air pollution.In this paper,nano-graphene-TiO2 composite photocatalytic materials with different mass ratios were prepared by hydrothermal method and dispersed into epoxy resin matrix to explore the photocatalytic effect of composite epoxy resin coating.The photocatalytic performance test showed that the photocatalytic material with the doping ratio of MGO:MTiO2=1:2,was the best one for the degradation of GO-TiO:.The composite nano-materials were dispersed into epoxy resin to obtain epoxy resin composites with different doping amount.The film was prepared by curing.Through the test of the mechanical properties,the photocatalytic oxidation effect experiment and chemical characterization:nano-GO-TiO2composite materials were obtained by chemical characterization:nano-sized epoxy resin composites with different doping amount were prepared by curing the composite films,compared with the unmodified EP,the modified GO-TiO2/EP coating has not only good adhesion and impact resistance,but also good photocatalytic activity,which can degrade pollutants very well.In order to reduce the harm to us caused by pollutants.
