Graphene is a novel two-dimensional planar carbon material with atomic thickness.In a single graphene crystal,carbon atoms participate as sp2.They are connected together by c-c covalent bond.They are closely arranged into a two-dimensional honeycomb lattice structure.The theoretical thickness is 0.335 nm,and the periodic structure of the six-carbon ring in the same plane can be repeated indefinitely.Studies have shown that the graphene stacked in the form of non-coaxial degree has less friction sliding along the path connecting the non-coaxial state.It was found that the friction between graphene layers increased with the decrease of the distance between layers by accurate calculation.However,when graphene layers appeared in the form of AB stack,the friction would become more obvious with the increase of the distance between layers.It was found that as the number of graphene layers decreased,the sliding friction of graphene layers gradually decreased.When the graphene layer reached 2-3 layers,the viscosity of graphene layer disappeared and the average friction was almost zero.Therefore,as a lubricant additive,stacking multilayer graphene is more conducive to improving lubrication performance than monolayer graphene.In this paper,graphene was taken as the research object,graphene and other mass were used as solid lubricant instead of molybdenum disulfide,and epoxy resin was added as binder to improve the synergistic effect between graphene reinforcement and resin matrix.Make full use of the mechanical strength and deformation properties of graphene to improve the mechanical properties and fracture toughness of solid lubricating film,enhance solid lubricating film crack production and propagation control capability,has long life,corrosion resistance,wear resistance and environmentally friendly high-performance modified solid lubricating film,and testing of mechanical PRO:graphene modified the performance of the solid lubricating film,thermal stability,corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance.The influence of liquid-solid ratio of liquid resin matrix and solid lubricant filler and the ratio of graphene to molybdenum disulfide on the performance of solid lubricant film was analyzed.The experimental results showed that the optimal ratio of solid lubricant to resin matrix was 20:1,and the thermal stability,adhesion,mechanical properties,corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the solid lubricant film were improved after replacing MoS2 with graphene and other qualities.When the liquid-solid ratio was constant,the higher the amount of graphene,the stronger the thermal shock resistance,adhesion and corrosion resistance of the film.When the graphene content was 16%?20%,the modified solid lubrication film showed the best mechanical properties and wear resistance.
