| Building fire fighting facilities refer to the fixed facilities such as automatic fire alarm system,fire extinguisher,indoor hydrant and outdoor hydrant in buildings.They are the important basis for ensuring social security,stable development and people’s safe production and life.With the development of society and the expansion of the scope and scale of urbanization.the difficulty of fire safety management has been raised.The traditional plane management method can not meet the current actual management needs,and it is difficult to effectively describe and express the spatial information of a large number of complex building fire protection facilities,thus it is diffiicult to achieve fire safety.Effective supervision.Therefore,according to the needs of social development,this paper constructs a three-dimensional visual supervision system of building fire protection based on BIM and 3DGIS from the perspective of operation and maintenance management of fire protection facilities and improving the efficiency of fire prevention and control work.This system takes the actual development of society as the background,and takes building information modeling(BIM)+three-dimensional geographic information system(3DGIS)+internet of things(IOT)as the main technical support.Firstly,this paper investigates and analyzes the development status of building fire management system,explores and analyzes BIM.3DGIS and IOT technologies,clarifies the necessity of system development and the feasibility of supporting technology,and determines the main technical route of system development.Secondly,the requirements of system database,3D model and function are analyzed.Then,the paper chooses the GIS platform as the underlying platform and Revit 2016 as the BIM platform to develop the system in Visual Studio.net environment by using C#.Net language.It breaks through many difficulties such as massive data storage,BIM and 3DGIS data fusion,and achieves three-dimensional browsing of building fire protection facilities,rapid data information retrieval and phase acquisition.It has important functions such as resource condition query,fire simulation analysis and so on.Finally,according to the existing deficiencies of the system.the future direction of system upgrade and application development is defined,and the overall summary and outlook are made.The management system of building fire protection facilities based on BIM and 3DGIS has solved many problems,such as difficult supervision of building fire protection facilities,small input and output of fire safety management,lack of data support for fire accident treatment,and provides a solution for building fire information management,which has great social benefits.At the same time,the system realizes the information transmission and application of fire protection facilities in the whole life cycle of building design,construction and operation,reduces the cost of data production and management,promotes the process of social information management,and has important economic benefits and application value. |
