Survival and development is the eternal topic of enterprises.Every enterprise management should seriously consider three issues:how to maintain the impetus of sustainable development,how to improve employee satisfaction,and how to improve the job performance.With the rising of humanism,people pay more attention not only to their inner feelings,but also to the quality of work and life.Therefore,employee satisfaction and job performance have become two important factors of enterprise human resource management.Employee satisfaction can predict whether an enterprise is good or not The higher the employee satisfaction is,the better the enterprise will be.The increase of employee satisfaction can improve the work enthusiasm of employees and reduce the rate of talent turnover.Therefore,nowadays,many enterprises will conduct regular surveys on employees' satisfaction as a routine work.In order to understand their real needs.and achieve the purpose of improving work performance.In this paper,after sampling survey and individual interview of MHJ coal mine employees.In this paper,after sampling survey and interviewing individual of MHJ coal mine employees,contraposing the characteristics of coal mine operating conditions and the actual situation of MHJ coal mine,the staff satisfaction scale and work performance scale were developedcombining with previous theories,SPSS22.0 data statistical software was used to analyze the data reflected in the questionnaire,and the influence degree of each dimension of employee satisfaction was obtained.Based on the empirical analysis,the relationship between employee satisfaction and job performance of MHJ coal mine is concluded,and suggestions to improve employee satisfactionofMHJ coal mine are put forward.The study found that:the overall level of employee satisfaction in MHJ coal mine is low,and most employees are not satisfied with their current work and do not approve their current work performance.This paper studied the relationship between employee satisfaction and work performance in MHJ coal mine,and concluded that there is a significant positive correlation between employee satisfaction and work performance.The influencing factorson employee satisfactionand work performance include job satisfaction,job reward satisfaction,work atmosphere satisfaction,corporate culture satisfaction,and include different employees' personal characteristics:gender,age,length of service,education background and position.Therefore,MHJ coal mine should start from paying attention to work returns,humanized grassroots management,optimizing work content,improving work environment,creating working atmosphere,and paying attention to career development,so as to improve employee satisfaction,reduce brain drain,make MHJ coal mine develop faster and better,and at the same time help the scientific development of the whole coal industry.
