In the process of improving employee satisfaction,it can not be ignored to motivate employees through effective salary system.In this paper,total E & P Uganda Co.,Ltd.is taken as an example,and employee satisfaction is taken as the starting point to study employee compensation optimization.Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of total E & P Uganda Co.,Ltd.,this paper designs the optimization scheme of the company's salary system,puts forward the guarantee measures for implementing the optimization scheme of the salary system,and finally draws the research conclusion.This study uses statistical analysis methods to obtain sufficient and reliable information,including interviews and questionnaires.Spss20 statistical analysis software was used to check the consistency of the collected data.The percentage method was used to analyze the results of the questionnaire.The frequency and percentage were used to show the response of the distribution.The results were presented in the form of tables and charts.Descriptive analysis of the survey results shows that most of the respondents have a good understanding of job satisfaction,and most of the organization staff are not satisfied with the wages and salaries given to them by the company.The results show that salary has a positive impact on job satisfaction;Bivariate Pearson correlation coefficient analysis shows that there is a strong positive correlation between the independent variables,and all the independent variables have a positive impact on job satisfaction.The conclusions of this paper are as follows: first,employee compensation has a significant impact on employee job satisfaction;Secondly,stakeholders do not attach much importance to employees and organizations in the compensation system;Thirdly,the optimized incentive structure can reduce the turnover rate within the organization.
