With the continuous development of economic globalization,all industries are expanding rapidly all over the country,and the same is true of the tobacco industry.Under the new economic system,the monopolistic development mode of tobacco industry can't fully adapt to the needs of economic development without deepening reforms.It's according with the needs of the development of national market economy and the management mechanism of tobacco industry to study the incentive mechanism in human resource management of tobacco salesmen.Meanwhile,it is very significant to study the incentive mechanism of grass-roots salesmen in the field of tobacco sales,to encourage the enthusiasm of grass-roots salesmen and to activate the development motive force of the current tobacco industry in order to realize the stable,rapid and scientific development of tobacco production enterprises.On the basis of extensive investigation and data collection,this paper takes HN Industrial Company's marketing center as the research subject,and investigates the current situation of sales incentives in HN Industrial Company from the compensation schemes,welfare benefits,promotion channels,training and learning,etc.Furthermore,Through a questionnaire survey on the sales staff of HN Industrial Company,we got the feedback from the sales staff of incentive mechanism on the current,and analyzed the current difficulties of the incentive mechanism of HN Industrial Company and the reasons.On the basis of fully collecting and studying relevant theories,this article combines the research achievements with the situation in fact of HN Industrial Company,puts forward more reasonable optimization schemes from the aspects of human resource management,promotion channels,salary system and dynamic performance appraisal,and establishes a reasonable incentive mechanism that integrates staff with performance,ability,salary and career development.It provides a basis for the improvement of human resource management and staff incentive mechanism of HN Industrial Company.
