Research On The Lean Management Of Lingwu Power Generation Company

With the increasing downward pressure on the economy,both the coal industry and the thermal power industry are facing problems of reform and optimization.The scale of electricity trading in the market has been expanded,the coal industry has been "DE-Capacity",and thermal power enterprises have generally taken the measure of price for quantity to obtain market living space.The homogenization competition among thermal power enterprises will be more intense.Under the background of electricity market reform,power generation enterprises are faced with the normalization of low electricity price and high coal price.The market power is one of the most significant problems in the reform of electric power industry.Lean management originated from the product manufacturing industry,but its management philosophy is applicable to all kinds of management activities,in order to reduce the cost of power generation,improve the efficiency of power generation as the goal of lean management will become a "magic weapon" for thermal power enterprises to turn losses into profits.Based on the theory of lean management,this paper discusses the origin of lean management thought from the research status and research methods at home and abroad.Combined with the actual situation of lingwu power plant,the paper analyzes and studies the current operating situation of lingwu power plant and the existing problems of lean management.From the internal and external two main lines and cost management,marketing,economic operation three aspects of the overall implementation of lean management program design,and the implementation of the application,has achieved good results.lt shows that the lean management scheme proposed in this paper is scientific and effective,can be popularized and applied,and has strong theoretical and practical significance for thermal power enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness and improve their benefits.
