In recent years,with the fierce competition in domestic tobacco industry,the internal management mode of enterprises is relatively old,the management mode is backward,and the market is almost saturated.In order to change such a difficult situation,according to the general requirements of the state tobacco administration "to establish an efficient and sound management mode,carry out internal management change,"draw lessons from mature management ideas,improve their own management methods",facing the current severe situation,Xuchang cigarette factory urgently needs to strengthen internal management,introduce advanced management concepts and methods,establish a lean management system,and improve Improve management efficiency and solve the problem of backward internal management.Lean management aims to eliminate waste and create value,and realize the maximum value with the minimum investment.Its essence is "reducing cost and increasing efficiency".According to the current situation of Xuchang cigarette factory,the lean management idea is introduced in time,especially in production,quality and logistics,and the lean management tools and technical methods are comprehensively used to establish the lean management system.In this context,from the perspective of lean management,through the study and research of lean management and lean production related literature,the use of observation to obtain information method to sort out the theory and application of lean management,combined with the current situation and existing problems in management of Xuchang cigarette factory,this paper puts forward the necessity and urgency of lean management;the basis of problem analysis.On the basis of this,this paper constructs the main framework of lean management improvement from four aspects of lean production,Lean quality,lean logistics,and talent team construction,and puts forward the corresponding lean management strategies,and carries out more in-depth improvement measures for each system.From the perspective of lean management,this study takes Xuchang cigarette factory as an example to analyze the construction and implementation strategy of the lean management system.The ideas and achievements of this paper not only provide solutions for Xuchang cigarette factory to optimizemanagement mode and improve management efficiency,but also provide decision support for lean management of related manufacturing enterprises.
