Circular saw blades are a widely used tool in the manufacturing industry for processing wood,stone,steel and concrete.The circular saw blade is a relatively thin tool.The saw blade rotates at high speed during operation.Due to factors such as centrifugal force,frictional heating of the substrate and unevenness of the cutting material,these factors will seriously affect the stability of the saw blade.Sex.The instability of the saw blade will directly lead to the rough cut surface of the cutting material and the widening of the slit,which will result in material waste.When sawing,the saw blade will be unstable and will generate large noise;the saw blade will work unstable and may cause the saw blade The head breaks or even falls off,which shortens the life of the saw blade.In order to improve the sawing stability of the saw blade,the saw blade can be properly processed,and the appropriate sheeting treatment can increase the dynamic stability of the saw blade,thereby reducing the vibration and noise of the saw blade.In this paper,the pleated circular saw blade was researched and analyzed,and the vibration and stability analysis of the circular saw blade were carried out by using the workbench finite element software.The research contents are as follows:The study analyzes the variation of the natural frequency of each step of the saw blade with the number of slots.combined with the traveling wave resonance theory,the reason of the resonance of the circular saw blade is analyzed,and the structural design of the slotted pleated circular saw blade is determined.The effects of different suitable tension and suitable parameters on the transverse stiffness of the pleated saw blade were studied.The optimum suitable tension of the ultra-thin circular saw blade studied in this paper is between 1100 MPa and 1300 MPa;the number of pleats,the width of the pleats,the area of the pleats and the diameter of the pleats Comparing the lateral stiffness of the saw blade,according to the main function of the wrinkle and the size of the saw blade structure,the better wrinkle parameters are obtained by suitable sheet processing.The influence of suitable parameters on the natural frequency of the circular saw blade was studied.The best suitable tensioning scheme was established by comparison.The nonlinear vibration analysis of the slotted pleated circular saw blade was carried out to obtain the nonlinear vibration of the slotted pleated circular saw blade.The speed of the saw blade determines the speed at which the slotted pleated circular saw blade can work stably.The stability of the saw blade is analyzed and determined,and the influence ofthe appropriate parameters,the saw shaft speed,the thickness of the saw blade and the clamping ratio on the stability of the circular saw blade is determined.It is known that the critical load of the saw blade can be increased by increasing the speed of the saw blade.
