In this paper,phenol simulated wastewater was studied,and the visible light-assisted multiphase electrocatalysis method was systematically studied.The main research contents include:optimized preparation of composite photocatalyst;selection of electrode plate material and selection of optimal particle electrode dosage;influencing factors of phenol treatment by visible light-assisted multiphase electrocatalysis;performance evaluation of particle electrode and degradation by different methods Comparison of phenol removal efficiency;kinetic analysis and reaction mechanism of phenol degradation by visible light-assisted multiphase electrocatalysis.The composite catalyst was prepared by sol-gel method.The effect of the preparation process on the performance of the composite catalyst was investigated by using urea as the nitrogen source.The results showed that the composite was obtained when the doping ratio was 3:1,the load was three times,and the calcination temperature was 500?.Catalytic activity of the catalyst is obviously better than other preparation conditions,and the removal effect of phenol COD is the best.The phenol wastewater was treated by graphite-titanium plate,titanium-based ruthenium-coated electrode-titanium plate,titanium-based ruthenium-coated electrode-titanium plate.The test data showed that titanium-based ruthenium coating-titanium plate The effect of the plate combination on phenol is obviously better than that of other electrodes;under the optimal electrode condition,the optimal dosage of the particle electrode is further investigated.The test results show that the optimal dosage of the particle electrode in this test is 35g./L,at this time,the removal effect of phenol COD is the best.The effects of different factors on the treatment of phenol were studied experimentally,and the mechanism was analyzed on this basis.The plate spacing is an extremely important factor in the electrochemical reaction,and its optimal value exists;the pH will directly affect the formation of strong oxides,and the pH should not be too high or too low;the addition of electrolytes helps to increase the reactor.The removal effect of phenol,but not excessive;the voltage is the driving force of the whole reaction,and the optimal value is also present;the suitable aeration amount can effectively promote the movement of the substance and reduce the short-circuit current,but must be controlled within a suitable range;the reaction time affects the final treatment.The effect is that the longer the reaction time,the more complete the treatment.The performance of the particle electrode was examined under optimal experimental conditions.The N/TiO2/AC particle electrode exhibits superior photoelectrocatalytic performance than the TiO2/AC and AC particle electrodes in the visible light-assisted multiphase electrocatalytic system.Under Under the optimal experimental conditions,the effects of visible light-assisted multiphase electrocatalysis,multiphase electrocatalysis,two-dimensional electrode method and visible light method on phenol treatment were investigated.The experimental results show that the visible light-assisted multiphase electrocatalyic method has a good removal effect on phenol based on the combination of photocatalysis and electrocatalysis.The degradation of phenol in visible light-assisted multiphase electrocatalysis is in accordance with the second-order kinetic model.The equation is 1/Cr-1/C0=kt.Under the optimal reaction conditions,the reaction rate constant k reaches the maximum value.The visible light-assisted multiphase electrocatalytic system mainly performs the oxidative decomposition of organic matter by·OH.The visible light-assisted multiphase electrocatalytic method has remarkable effects on the degradation of phenol simulated wastewater,and is simple in operation,high in energy efficiency.Under further research and improvement,it can be widely used in practical engineering phenol wastewater treatment.
