| Sales are the start point of an enterprise to gain profit,meanwhile product pricing is the most important part of the sales.Proper pricing for products can not only effectively integrate enterprise strategy with the market operation,but also enhance the profitability of the enterprises and realization their objectives.The traditional pricing research is mostly focused on consumer oriented goods,which is not much involved in industrial products.MPC is a manufacturing company that produces thermoplastic elastomer,who is facing international chemical giants in upstream and large auto parts companies in downstream.How to get more benefits from the industrial chain through reasonable price is critical for company’s operation.Based on the summary of the pricing theory and method research,this paper studies and analyzes the pricing mechanism and method of MPC’s industrial products,and gives some advices on the pricing of industrial products combined with the actual situation of the company.Meanwhile,from the practice,we optimize the pricing mechanism of MPC company;based on cost orientation,we consider of demand and competition,then establish a model to quantify those related factors of pricing.It also enhanced the cooperation with functions and maneuverability. |
