| Institutions in China mainly undertake logistics and public welfare services.However,with the development of China’s economy and the continuous upgrading of industries,it is increasingly difficult for institutions to meet the needs of public welfare and logistics services.Promoting the transfer of public institutions is an urgent problem that the national and local governments need to solve at this stage.The environmental sanitation management service industry has also improved with the people’s living standards,the urbanization process has accelerated,and the market space has grown rapidly.At this stage,relevant policies are also promoting the marketization of sanitation,and the environmental protection industry is inevitable.The research object of this paper is the Dongcheng District Environmental Sanitation Service Center in Beijing.Under this environmental background,it is expected that all tasks will be completed in 2020.The unit is based on the environmental sanitation service business,supplemented by R&D and manufacturing of sanitation facilities.At this stage,the development is facing tremendous pressure and test.The previous source of funds was guaranteed by the full amount of finance.After the transfer to the enterprise,the source of funds and the mode of work were very different from the previous ones.Further adjustments were needed,and the internal management concept of the unit needed to be further strengthened.The construction of human resources and the construction of corporate culture need to be further deepened.In addition to the internal changes in the unit,there are competition from the outside,competition from potential competitors inside and outside the industry.As the sanitation industry enters the market soon,the downstream enterprises have less bargaining space and affect the total profit of the unit.Through the use of PEST analysis method,industrial environmental analysis method,five-force analysis method.SWOT analysis method and other methods,analyze the internal and external environmental factors faced by the unit and the disadvantages and advantages in internal and external competition,formulate the unit development strategy,and determine the strategic evaluation.Indicators,strengthen the control and supervision of the implementation process,ensure the effective implementation of the unit development strategy,enhance the core competitiveness of the unit,and put forward their own views and suggestions for the development of the unit in the context of the event. |
