The thesis is basing on the production of the constructive program of 30000t/a C5 separation and the simulation of liquid ammonia tank which assists raw material leakage and spread in a short time,and combining with the accident statistics to explain that the high probability of the leakage of liquid ammonia tank and wide hazard range after the accident.It analyzes the necessity the spread simulation after the leakage of liquid ammonia tank and the practical significance that the instruction of safety emergency rescue and evacuate.By simulating the different leakage to different area to analyzing the leakage dangerous area under the different seasons,the thesis puts up with the emergency rescue evacuation plan accordingly.The following is the analyzing:(1)By simulating different leakage parameter,we can find that the influence that the temperature to leakage can be ignored in Zhuhai province;and about the surface roughness,concrete floor is more benefit to spread than grassland,and under the same conditions,the concentration of grassland is the 1.5 times of the concrete floor which is influenced by atmospheric stability;the atmospheric stability usually appear at D,but we also work out that it is unfavorable than the atmospheric stability is D in the daytime when the atmospheric stability is E,so we should strengthen monitoring,prevention and control in the night;the main spreading objects are wind direction and wind speed,the wind direction decides moving towards of the down the wind after leakage,the wind speed decides the distance and half width of leakage,wind speed restrains lateral diffusion.And with the increasing of wind speed,the distance of the leakage does not continuous increase,it relates to the attenuation of atmospheric stability.The distance of atmospheric stability under the different leakage time is proportional increase with the concentration under the gridding according,in another word,find earlier and evacuate earlier can reduce damage,the leakage arrives at the boundary of the factory at the 17 minutes,the lethal and injure concentration arrives the area of mainly office staff at around 12 minutes,so making information publish before 12 minutes and the evacuating of the office staff before 17 minutes,it is very necessary for alleviating the casualties and the loss of property.The following is the importance rank of the parameter,time> wind speed and wind direction> surface roughness> atmospheric stability> temperature.(2)By adopting the average temperature under the stable temperature,the surface roughness is concrete floor,and the atmospheric stability is D,the time of leakage id 17 minutes,we can get the leakage area under different seasons.We can find that it is more dangerous in winter,and it is more difficult to evacuate.In summer,it is lack of evacuation exit downside,in autumn,it is lack of evacuation exit at offside,so we advice we should add two emergency exit and strength the monitoring of spring,autumn and winter.The dangerous rank of the seasons all of the year is winter> autumn> spring> summer.(3)Focus on the simulation result and the physical truth of the factory,we put up with the actual emergency rescue countermeasures according,it includes the safety design of the storage tank,the alarm monitoring of poisonous gas,and the monitoring of video,meanwhile noticing the design of the antiseptic of storage tank,adding gas facilities,strengthening individual protection,reinforcing the cooperation of factory and external rescue force,making the contingency plan well and making according emergency exercise.
