Safety Risk Assessment And Countermeasure Analysis Of Hazardous Chemicals Enterprises

With the rapid development of China's economy,chemical products have become an indispensable part of human life.It is widely used in many fields,such as industry.agriculture,and residential life.At present,people's demand for chemicals is increasing.However,due to the dangerous nature of chemicals,there are huge risks and hidden dangers in the production process.Once an accident occurs,it is massive and catastrophic,often endangering people.The consequences of accidents caused by the safety of life and property are immeasurable.How to conduct risk assessment on dangerous chemical enterprises,reduce risks and eliminate hidden dangers,and control hidden dangers before accidents has become an important issue that needs to be solved urgently.This paper expounds the necessity of conducting risk assessment research on dangerous chemical enterprises.By referring to advanced evaluation methods and ideas at home and abroad,we determine the accidents of hazardous chemicals based on the theory of energy accident release and the statistics of dangerous chemical accidents that have occurred over the years.Type,combined with the actual safety production situation of dangerous chemicals enterprises,qualitative and quantitative parameter research and design of possibility and seriousness,determine the risk assessment index system of hazardous enterprises,adjust the weight of indicators through expert evaluation,and apply the level Analytical method and risk matrix method establish risk assessment model for hazardous enterprises.and finally apply the model to specific hazardous production enterprises,classify risks,understand the current situation of enterprise risk management,and find weak links in enterprise safety production.The problems found have put forward practical and effective rectification suggestions,improve the safety management level of enterprises,and reduce the possibility of occurrence of dangerous chemical accidents.
