Research On Safety Supervision Evaluation Of Hazardous Chemicals Enterprises In XJ

Due to the development of the chemical industry,the scale of hazardous chemicals industry in China has grown rapidly,and it has gained huge economic profits and benefits.At the same time,all kinds of safety accidents occur frequently,which poses a great threat to the lives and property of the general public.Therefore,improving the level of safety supervision is an urgent need for the new development stage of hazardous chemical enterprises.XJ city has a certain gap in the establishment of hazardous chemicals supervision and regulation institutions,software and hardware level,and hazardous chemicals enterprises are different in production scale and management methods as supervision objects.Therefore,it is of certain practical significance to evaluate and study the safety supervision of hazardous chemicals in XJ City.This paper takes the current situation of safety supervision of hazardous chemical enterprises in XJ city as the research object.From the perspective of supervision and supervision of hazardous chemical enterprises,this paper focuses on the production safety management of hazardous chemical enterprises.Based on the research on safety supervision of hazardous chemical enterprises at home and abroad,first of all,The index structure of hazardous chemical safety supervision and evaluation in XJ city was preliminarily obtained by literature method and questionnaire survey method.Then,the important factors were screened out by questionnaire,and the weights of indexes at all levels were determined by analytic hierarchy Process(AHP),and the evaluation index system of hazardous chemical safety supervision was established.Then,this model was used to comprehensively assess the safety supervision status of hazardous chemical enterprises in five towns and parks in XJ City.Finally,it is found that in the process of safety supervision of hazardous chemical enterprises,the overall level of supervision subjects is low,the level of organizational foundation is uneven,the supervision mechanism is not perfect,the responsibility classification mechanism is not comprehensive,and the supervision of production and operation subjects is not scientific.From improve the overall level of the safety supervision staff,strengthening the supervision organization infrastructure,scientific and perfect the supervision mechanism and strengthen the supervision object security risk management level ascension four aspects put forward concrete strategies,in order to further improve the safety of XJ city of dangerous chemicals production,thus enhances the XJ city on the efficiency of dangerous chemical enterprises safety regulation,scientific and standardized.
