Research On Design Of Ecological Agriculture Tourism Service Under C2B Mode

Because of the acceleration of urbanization construction lead to the urban green land is rapidly decreased,limited park facilities are no longer enough to satisfy people's needs for recreation.More and more urban residents drive to rural areas,where to experience farming work in person,and to enjoy the fun of planting food.Therefore,it has spawned an emerging industry of ecological agriculture tourism.Eco-agricultural tourism is a combination of agriculture and tourism,increasing the diversity of tourism products,and meeting the diverse needs of users,it has helped adjust the structure of the agricultural industry,and coordinate urban and rural development,that to some extent improved the living standards of farmers.Because China's eco-agriculture tourism started late,lack of scientific theoretical guidance,there are problems such as weak resource integration,single product service,and poor participation experience,that they can't meet the user's demands for farming experience.Therefore,it is urgent to study and explore innovative service models,to provide new ideas for the development of eco-agricultural tourism.Service design as an effective means of planning systems and improving services,starting relatively late in China,related research and applications are not extensive enough,there are few examples of combining service design with eco-agricultural tourism.The article introduces research methods for service design,explore user-centric C2 B mode,about the new development direction of eco-agricultural tourism,thereby achieving the purpose of improving the user's travel experience.The research method of the article is: First,through literature research,summarize the concepts,development status and predicament of eco-agriculture tourism,C2 B model and service design,to explore the meaning of the coupling of the three.Then from the business model,service framework,etc,to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the existing eco-agriculture tourism cases.Subsequently,the qualitative and quantitative research methods of questionnaire survey and user interview were adopted,identify target user group characteristics,and to dig deep into the user's true demands,find the pain points that need to be addressed.Finally,using inductive analysis,from the perspectives of visual presentation,participation experience and value,to propose service design strategies for four types of users: education,entertainment,aesthetics and shopping.Constructing four eco-agricultural tourism service models under the C2 B model,and Anlong Village is a design practice case,to verify the feasibility and scalability of the service model,in order to provide feasible suggestions for the study of ecological agriculture tourism in China.In summary,the article from theoretical and practical aspects,the service design strategy and development direction of eco-agricultural tourism under C2 B mode have been discussed and been provide new research fields for existing eco-agricultural tourism,auxiliary designers and decision makers to plan system resources,that to develop innovative eco-agricultural tourism scenic spots that meet the needs of users.
