The result gotten from the research is as follows:Based on the existing natural resources and industrial research foundation of Zhenning County, referring to the successful experience in building eco-industrial Park, a model to build the eco-industrial park in Zhenning County which is led by enterprise is put forward. Specific plan of building the eco-industrial park is put forward and a series of evaluation indexes is selected. concrete-building measures about the material integration, energy integration, water integration, information integration, common facilities are put forward. The role of government in the process of building eco-industrial park is given a reasonable position.Based on the comprehensive investigation and research to the status of ecological agriculture in Zhenning county, the measures to build eco-agriculture in Zhenning are put forward: (1) reasonable planning and layout; (2) control the capacity of pesticides, advocate scientific balanced fertilization; (3) scientificly and rationally use formula feed and feed management technology, and use advanced technology to clear dung, reduce or even eliminate the pollution caused by livestock; (4) change the model of straw use by technological innovation, through the rational use of agronomic measures to reduce plastic sheeting, strengthen plastic recycling management.Based on the actual situation and problems in Zhenning County the recommendations and propose appropriate measures to develop ecological animal husbandry are put forward : (1) make full use of ecological advantages, and create local brand quality beef; (2) a study on beef Cattle breeding pattern and scale industrialization model; (3) reasonable plan livestock farms and ensure no environmental pollution; (4) optimize the industrial structure, raise the scientific and technological content; (5) impel large scale, intensive production; (6) cultivate leading enterprises, industrial operations.The suggestions used in developing the eco-tourism of Zhenning are put forward: (1) to adopt sustainable development as the guiding ideology; (2) scientific planning and rational development; (3) adhere to the principle of combining the protection and utilization; (4) to enhance environmental awareness, strengthen the legal system, promoting green tourism; (5) a clear responsibility to protect, establish and improve various environmental protection system, manage the protection of the environment; (6) to strengthen the protection of forest resources; (7) determine a reasonable capacity of tourists, visitors and employees to improve the overall quality; (8) promote international exchanges, make full use of good points and avoid shortcoming.
