Research On The Applicability Of Different Demolition Methods And The Construction Of Safety Control System Based On Building Engineering

With the rapid pace of urbanization in China,a large number of buildings are demolished every year.As the reverse process of construction,demolition of buildings has not been paid enough attention.With the increasing scale and complexity of demolition project,the safety problem caused by demolition becomes more and more serious.Among them,one of the important reasons is the unreasonable selection of demolition methods and the absence of safety control system of engineering demolition.This study takes the demolition of construction projects as the research object,conducts the research on the applicability of different demolition methods of construction projects,and constructs the safety control system of demolition projects,so as to provide theoretical support and methodological guidance for the safe demolition of construction projects.Firstly,based on the analysis of the current situation of demolition projects,this paper expounds the significance and function of correctly choosing the demolition method and constructing the demolition safety control system.On this basis,according to the different objects of the demolition of the construction project,the engineering demolition is divided into two categories: the demolition of building components and the demolition of buildings.Demolition of construction research respectively from the board,walls,beams and columns,the demolition of the demolition of the research on the basis of building height of the building(lower,multilayer,high-rise,etc.)and structure(brick,mixing,framework,etc.)of different respectively,the systematic study of their way of demolition and demolition process,to propose principles of demolition of the applicability of the mode selection and evaluation system,standardize the demolition of the phenomenon of blind construction engineering industry.Second,lack of construction for the current management system,the present situation of the safety problems,respectively from the demolishing engineering safety management goal establishment,safety management organization setup,safety management system perfect,demolition of construction safety hazards management,demolition of emergency rescue preplan compiling,demolition of construction site safety management to construct the security control system,so as to encourage healthy development of demolition industry.
