The cationic waterborne polyurethane has a cationic group in its main chain or side chain,and imparts excellent characteristics different from other waterborne polyurethanes.The cationic group improves the emulsifiability of the aqueous polyurethane and also reduces the water resistance of the film.Waterborne acrylate emulsions are widely used in waterborne coatings,inks and adhesives due to their environmental friendliness,low cost,excellent finish and easy adjustment of structure.However,the ordinary water-based polyacrylates have the disadvantages of lack of hydrophilicity,poor resistance to organic solvents,easy stickiness on high temperature,brittleness on low temperature.Therefore,the combination of waterborne polyurethane and polyacrylate emulsion can combine the excellent properties of PU and PA to develop high-performance environmentally friendly materials with broad application prospects.At present,there are few studies on cationic PUA,and cationic PUA is urgently needed in production practice to facilitate its compounding with cationic additives.The subject by designing the block structure of cationic polyurethane molecular chain,the choice of soft segment,the interpenetrating network structure of PUA,the core-shell structure of PUA,etc,to determine the structure of cationic polyurethane,the ratio of PU to PA,the content of PA in the core and shell,in order to prepare a PUA with stable emulsion,good film performance and some application properties.In addition,the subject evaluated the polymer emulsion by particle size analysis,emulsion stability and other test methods.The polymer film was evaluated by water,acid and alkali resistance test,film performance test,static contact angle test.The structure of the polymer was characterized by FT-IR,TG,TEM and SEM.The antistatic and anti-pilling applications were tested.The result showed that in order to make PU and PA complex reaction,it was necessary to link a double bond on the polyurethane side to generate a radical polymerization reaction with PA,so TMPME was indispensable.The access of silicone could improve the stability of the emulsion and the feel of the film.The access of PTMG could make the emulsion dispersion uniform and the water resistance better.The access of PE2348 made the film's water,acid and alkali resistant better.The extensibility and elasticity of PUA films of PE2348 and PTMG copolymerization were better than those of PPC and PTMG copolymerization.In the PUA composite emulsion,with the content of PA increased,the viscosity of the film increased,the elongation and elasticity became better.TEM showed that the PUA composite emulsion with core-shell structure was successfully synthesized.When the content of PA in the core-shell structure was similar,or when the core and shell contents were similar,the water,acid and alkali resistance were better.When the cashmere finished by the core/shell KS3,KS4,KS5 synthesized by the polyurethane soft segment m(PPC): m(PTMG)= 23: 30,the PU content was ? 25%,PA in the core/shell was 3: 1,the antistatic property of cashmere was improved.And with the increasing of PA content,the antistatic effect was better,and the attenuation time was reduced 47 s when the effect was best.The core/shell KP group synthesized by polyurethane soft segment m(PE2348): m(PTMG)=69: 40,PA in the core/shell content of 3: 1 had good anti-pilling performance.And the anti-pilling effect of cashmere finishing agent at 10% could be improved by 1.5 levels.
