Coal mining have destroyed the topography and ecological environment in some degree,which also bring out house cracks,ground collapse,field abandoned,waste residue stacked pollution of groundwater and so on.In digging area,available cultivated land of per person greatly reduced.As a result,environment contradictions between human-land and human-living gradually outstanding.Lucid waters and lush mountains turn to sand mud,which cann’t achieve coordinated sustainable development with the surrounding environment,thus,based on the comprehensive management of the Sheng Li closed mine.It is imperative to study the ecological restoration and management of mine in the context geological environment.(1)Firstly,consulting the frontier technology and development trend of mine geological environment control at home and abroad,the field survey and measurement of abandoned Sheng Li Coal Mine were carried out,and the change law and mechanical characteristics of surface movement and deformation of abandoned mining areas in Hilly and mountainous areas were revealed by theoretical research combined with model simulation physical experiment;according to the theoretical research framework of the current"Mining Subsidence and Control"A new method for predicting parameters and calculating surface movement and deformation of abandoned mining area has been put forwarded.The seamless connection between mining subsidence control and coal mining subsidence control in special topography is realized.The value is reasonable,convenient and practical,and has been verified by engineering.Compared with the design method of surface movement parameters of thick loose strata in Huainan and Huaibei mining areas,the excavation and backfilling amount can be reduced by about 30%,and a lot of engineering costs and treatment time can be saved.(2)Secondly,the test of harmful elements of coal gangue in subsidence area,the environmental effects caused by the soil-covering and supergene action of coal gangue,the backfilling technology of coal gangue and the characteristics of engineering geology are carried out.The characteristics of the foundation of building backfilling with coal gangue are revealed,such as compressive strength,permeability,water stability,bearing strength,deformation and strength,and the control standard of backfilling with coal gangue foundation in subsidence area is put forward.Process flow and safety reliability evaluation methods and standards.(3)Thirdly,the engineering geological model of subsidence area is constructed,and the difference between the layered backfill foundation of coal gangue and clay and the clay backfill foundation under self-gravity,uniformly distributed load and concentrated load is simulated by the numerical analysis software FLAC3D.Finally,the horizontal displacement changes of the layered backfill foundation of coal gangue and clay and the clay backfill foundation are compared and analyzed.Settlement deformation,internal horizontal and vertical stress and other physical changes.(4)Finally,According to the geomorphological characteristics of hilly mining area,the general idea of"building is suitable for construction,garden is suitable for garden"for geological environment control of closed port mining area is put forward,as well as multiple comprehensive treatment schemes,so as to build"livable mine"and improve the environmental quality of closed pit mining area in an all-round way.On the basis of the above research,according to local conditions,the key technologies of systematic and scientific ecological restoration backfilling material selection,landscape restoration methods,suitable planting varieties selection,backfilling construction technology and quality control in coal mining subsidence area are studied.The aim of this study is to grasp green finance with"green water and green hills are Jinshan and Yinshan".It not only provides technical support for the study of environmental and ecological governance in this region,but also has theoretical research and application and popularization value.
